SGES PRICING INFORMATION:

INDEX (CIG) 
This price option allows you to float with the natural gas market.  Your price will vary each month based on the CIG Index first-of-the-month posted price published in “Inside FERC”.  This index price is based on the prices paid for wholesale gas entering the Colorado Interstate Gas (CIG) pipeline in the Rocky Mountain region, which includes Wyoming and Colorado.

 

INDEX (PEPL)
This price option allows you to float with the natural gas market.  Your price will vary each month based on PEPL (Panhandle Eastern Pipeline) Index first-of-the-month posted price published in “Inside FERC”.

 

INDEX (NYMEX)
This price option allows you to float with the natural gas market.  Your price will vary each month based on the NYMEX (New York Mercantile Exchange) closing (settlement) price for natural gas.  Each month you will pay the NYMEX closing price plus your adder.  NYMEX (New York Merchantile Exchange) settlement occurs on the third to last business day in the month preceding the delivery month.  For example, the closing price for July, 2009 will be established on June 26, 2009.

INDEX With CAP (NYMEX)
This price rate option allows you to take advantage of possible drops in the natural gas market while the cap protects you from extreme market increases.  Your price will vary each month based on the NYMEX closing (settlement) price of natural gas.  Each month you pay either the NYMEX closing price plus your adder, or you pay just the cap amount, whichever is less.

 

FIXED RATE
While no one can predict what natural gas prices may do, locking in a Fixed Rate can save you money if the natural gas market should rise.
